Our Botany site is a working warehouse rather than a showroom, so we don't run walk-in viewings. In most cases the product photography and specifications on each page will tell you what you need. Often, yes — it depends on stock availability and crew on the date. We'd rather you asked than assumed it was too late. Custom printing, branding and fabrication have hard lead times and genuinely can't be rushed past a certain point.

For larger productions, yes — and we'd recommend it. A site inspection confirms access, power, rigging points and ceiling heights before anything is committed. For straightforward hire it usually isn't necessary, particularly at venues we work in regularly.
