Yes, and it's common. We'll work with your venue's requirements, liaise with their events team on access, rigging points and bump-in windows, and adapt the plan to whatever restrictions are in place. If you haven't locked in a venue yet, we can also advise on which spaces suit what you're trying to do.
Yes. We build a detailed run sheet covering bump-in, rehearsal, guest arrival, formalities and bump-out, and we brief every supplier against it — including suppliers you've engaged directly. On the day, our team works to that document so everyone from catering to entertainment is hitting the same marks.
Always. Every managed event has a nominated contact on site from bump-in through to bump-out. For larger productions there's a wider crew, but you'll have one named person as your point of contact so you're never chasing who to speak to.
Yes. Conferences with breakout rooms, roadshows across multiple venues and multi-day festivals are all within scope. These need more planning lead time and a larger crew, so the earlier we're brought in the better the result.
