Where an exact colour match matters — a specific brand red, for instance — we'll flag anything that can't be achieved in a given material before you commit.

Yes. For styling work we put together a visual concept showing the proposed look, the key elements and how they sit in your venue. There's no charge for it, and you'll see it before anything is confirmed. We'll refine it with you until it's right.

Yes. Heritage venues, hotels and galleries often prohibit anything fixed to walls or ceilings, and most of our styling is designed to be freestanding for exactly that reason — self-supporting backdrop frames, weighted bases and floor-mounted lighting. Tell us the restrictions and we'll design within them.

Yes. We build custom serving walls, champagne walls, branded feature pieces and bespoke florals to brief. Custom work needs longer lead time than hire stock — allow 3 to 4 weeks — and we'll take you through drawings or samples before fabrication starts.

It depends on your venue's access and how many elements are involved. As a guide, styling a large room needs a minimum of 5 hours bump-in, and more for complex installs. Where a venue only releases the space on the morning of the event we'll build the schedule around that, and we confirm bump-in and bump-out windows with them as part of the planning.
