It also includes the planning that sits behind it — site inspections, technical drawings, equipment schedules and bump-in scheduling.

Yes, for any production of reasonable scale. A site inspection lets us confirm rigging points, power availability, access routes, ceiling heights and loading dock restrictions before anything is quoted. It's the single best way to avoid problems on the day, and for venues we work in regularly we already have that detail on file.

Yes. Some venues require their in-house team to handle certain elements, and we're used to working within those arrangements — supplementing what's already installed rather than duplicating it. We'll liaise with the venue directly to agree the split before bump-in.

All production jobs come with our own crew. Depending on the scope that can include a production manager, lighting and audio operators, riggers and general crew. We match qualifications to the work — if a job needs rigging, the people doing it hold rigging licences. We can provide documentation for your venue on request.

Yes. We supply and install staging, truss and ground support systems, and we work to the load limits and rigging points your venue specifies. Anything involving overhead rigging is installed by qualified crew with engineering sign-off where the venue or the load requires it.
