Quantium's annual conference and evening celebration were in the same Grand Ballroom on the same day. We had to bump in overnight, stay out of the way of a full-day conference, then switch the room from conference to party in under three hours.

We refreshed the entire ceiling with lighting. Rows of neon tubes on overhead truss ran a custom moving program in Quantium's orange, blue and white. By day the hanging installation carried the brand colours as a design feature in its own right; at night it came alive. In the changeover we brought in an LED dance floor, glow cocktail tables and illuminated sphere centrepieces carrying the Q logo, and wrapped the stage in LED strip lighting.

- Stage: the full stage wrapped in two rows of LED strip lighting
- Changeover: conference to party in under three hours, with a 7m × 7m LED dance floor cycling through every colour, haze for atmosphere from the moment guests walked in, glow cocktail tables, wall-wash lighting and uplighting
- Table centrepieces: illuminated glow spheres branded with the Q logo
- Foyer: glow cocktail tables and uplighting for arrivals
A seamless switch from conference to celebration in one room. The ceiling carried the brand through the day, and the dance floor and glowing tables made the night. Everything ran to the client's and the venue's timelines.
