Venue Sourcing
We find, compare and secure the right Sydney venue for your event, then bring it to life with our own production and styling team.
The right venue, found for you
Tell us your date, guest numbers, budget and the feel you're after. We shortlist venues that genuinely fit, check the details that matter before you commit, and handle the back-and-forth with venue teams so you don't have to.

Venues that work on the night, not just in photos
We've built events in hotel ballrooms, harbourside venues, heritage spaces and private homes, so we know what to check early: ceiling heights, rigging points, power, loading docks, bump-in windows, noise curfews and in-house supplier rules.
Compare venues side by side
Every shortlist sets out costs the same way: venue hire, minimum spend, food and beverage, service charges and the extras that usually appear later. You see the real difference between options before anything is signed.

One team from venue to bump-out
Because we also handle lighting, AV, staging, styling and entertainment, the venues we recommend are ones we can deliver in. We work directly with the venue's event manager on floor plans, run sheets and access, so your venue booking and production plan line up from day one.

Our Venue Sourcing
Process
1. The Brief
We start with what matters: your date or date range, guest numbers, event format, budget, preferred areas and any must-haves, such as harbour views, accessibility or a late finish.
2. Shortlist
We check availability and send a shortlist of venues that fit, with pricing laid out side by side so you can compare like for like.
3. Site Inspections
We walk the shortlisted venues with you, or for you, checking access, power, rigging points, ceiling heights and bump-in times before you commit.
4. Negotiate and Hold
We ask venues for provisional holds on your preferred dates and work through inclusions, minimum spend and supplier rules on your behalf.
5. Contract Check
Before you sign, we go through the venue's terms with you: deposits, cancellation scales, final numbers deadlines, curfews and in-house supplier requirements.
6. Handover to Production
Once the venue is booked, our team plans the lighting, AV, styling and staging with the venue's event manager, so the day runs smoothly.

A date or date range, rough guest numbers, the type of event, a budget range and any areas or must-haves you already have in mind. The guided planner on our Plan An Event page asks all of this in a few minutes.
Yes. We can do a site inspection, work within the venue's rules and bump-in times, and plan the production around the space you have.
Yes. Book a site / venue inspection and we will meet you there, or we can inspect on your behalf and report back with photos and notes.
We can ask venues for provisional holds on your preferred dates. Holds usually expire after a set period, so we'll keep you posted and confirm before anything lapses.
Many do, such as in-house AV or an approved supplier list. We check these before you sign so there are no surprise fees later.
Most of our work is across Sydney, and we have delivered events three to four hours away. Tell us where you're looking and we'll let you know how we can help.
