University events need to work for students: memorable enough that people turn up, on budgets that make sense, and delivered smoothly inside heritage buildings and busy campus logistics. Faculties, the student union and student societies needed one partner they could rely on, again and again.
- Make every event feel special, from a welcome on the lawns to a black-tie awards night
- Work within student and faculty budgets
- Bump in and out cleanly around heritage spaces and campus schedules
- Capture each event so the university can share it
Rather than one big show, we became the go-to team for the university calendar. Each event gets a look that suits it: a fairy-light canopy over the Refectory stage, balloon and mirror-sphere styling in the Great Hall, a Halloween takeover of the Quadrangle, and professional photography to capture it all.

- Dalyell Scholars Welcome: event photography on the Quadrangle lawns
- Winterfest: winter dinner styling and photography
- Halloween Trivia Night: themed styling, inflatables, uplighting and photography
- The Refectory: a zig-zag fairy-light canopy over the stage, and balloon and mirror-sphere styling for the student union
- Branded installations: glow spheres finished with custom-printed decals, installed for a multi-week display in the Jane Foss Russell Building
- Residential colleges: photo booths with custom prints and event photographers for college formals and functions
- Across campus: neon chandeliers and neon tubes, light-up letters, uplighting, and professional DJs for staff functions in the Great Hall
Much of our university work comes through recommendation: one faculty or society books us, and others follow. The student union has brought back our fairy-light installation for the Refectory year after year.
A trusted partner for student life at Sydney Uni, rebooked year after year and recommended across faculties, the student union, residential colleges and student societies.
