Both. We have themes we've delivered many times where the elements are proven and available from stock, which makes them faster and more cost-effective. We also build themes from scratch. Starting from an established theme and customising it is often the best balance.
Yes. The themes shown are examples rather than a menu. Tell us what you have in mind — including references, colours or a film or era you're drawing from — and we'll tell you what's achievable and what it involves.
Allow around 6 weeks for a fully custom theme. That covers concept development, your approval, sourcing or fabricating anything bespoke, and production of printed and branded elements. We can work to shorter timeframes and sometimes do, but it limits what's achievable. Established themes turn around considerably faster.
Not necessarily. A theme delivered well from existing stock can cost the same as an untheméd event with the same number of elements. Cost increases when a theme requires custom fabrication or unusual sourcing. We'll be clear about which parts of a concept are driving the cost.
Yes, and it often works better than a generic setup. Corporate themes tend to be more restrained — a colour story, a material palette, a lighting concept — rather than costume-level. Done properly it makes an event feel considered without making guests feel they're at a party.
The occasion, venue, guest numbers and date. Any references — images, a Pinterest board, a colour palette, brand guidelines if it's corporate. And an honest sense of what matters most to you, so we put the budget where it will be noticed.
