We also brand less obvious surfaces — bar fronts, serving walls, floor decals and lighting gobos — which is often where an activation gets its impact.

Print-ready vector artwork is ideal (AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts). High-resolution raster files can work depending on the final size. We'll send you templates with the correct dimensions and bleed once the items are confirmed, so you're not guessing at specifications.

Artwork needs to be with us 7 business days before your event for standard printed items, and longer where custom fabrication is involved. Late artwork is the most common cause of a rushed job, so we'll give you a firm date as part of your quote and follow it up if needed.

We can design it. Tell us what you're trying to achieve and provide your logo and brand guidelines, and we'll produce artwork for your approval before anything goes to print. Design is quoted separately from the printing and hire, so you'll see it as its own line rather than buried in the total.

The printed graphics are yours — they're produced specifically for you. The hardware they sit on, such as media wall frames and light boxes, is hire stock and comes back to us. If you're running a recurring activation, reprinting onto the same frames each time is usually the cheaper route.
