Yes. Dry hire is available on most of our stock — you collect or take delivery, and handle the setup yourself. Some items are install-only for safety or insurance reasons, including anything requiring rigging, height work or three-phase power. The product page will tell you, or just ask.

Both. Delivery, install and pack-down is the default for most jobs and is quoted based on your venue, access and timing. Smaller items can be collected from our Botany warehouse by arrangement. Larger or fragile items are delivered by us regardless, because they need the right vehicle and handling.

Standard hire is a 24-hour period covering your event date, with delivery before and collection after. Multi-day events and weekend hires are quoted accordingly. If you need equipment held longer — an activation running across a week, for example — let us know and we'll price it as an extended hire.

Fair wear and tear is expected and isn't charged. A damage waiver of 4.5% applies to hire orders, which covers minor accidental damage. Items lost, or damaged beyond what the waiver covers, are charged at repair or replacement cost. Full details are in our Terms of Hire, which you'll receive with your quote.

Yes. We supply other production companies, stylists, agencies and venues on a trade basis, and a meaningful share of our work is subhire. If you're in the industry and hiring regularly, get in touch about trade terms.

Yes. All electrical equipment is tested and tagged in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 and retested on schedule. Venues increasingly ask for this before allowing bump-in, and we can provide current tagging records and certificates of currency on request.
