Aramco brings its Australian-based students together to celebrate graduating from Australian universities. The ceremony had to honour the graduates, keep their families engaged, reach relatives watching from overseas, and show off the very best of Australia.

We built the day around the Opera House and the harbour. Guests moved through a branded foyer of student banners and media walls into a ceremony room framed by an LED wall, where each graduate's name appeared as they crossed the stage. Tables paired Saudi and Australian flags with fresh florals, photo and 360 booths kept families busy between speeches, and then everyone headed out to the steps for the photo.

- Event management: venue liaison, run sheet and guest flow, with an early-morning bump-in ahead of a late-morning start
- AV production: LED wall, speeches and presentations, and live streaming of the ceremony
- Branding and printing: media walls, a pull-up banner for every graduate (theirs to keep), table flags, custom printed cups, yearbooks and goodie-bag pieces
- Styling: centrepieces with Saudi and Australian flags, LED candles in glass vases on plinths, lamps and arch mirrors
- Interactive pieces: a 360 video booth and a photo booth with instant prints

As Aramco's long-standing event partner in Australia, we have also delivered Saudi National Day and Founding Day celebrations, Eid lunches and student welcome events.
Students loved it, parents were impressed and the client was delighted, rebooking us for graduation after graduation and for many of their other major events.
