Stan wanted to celebrate the end of the financial year with staff and clients, but without the cost of a venue. The ask: turn their own office breakout and kitchen space into somewhere that felt like a proper party.

We built the night around one big arrival moment. Guests walked a blue carpet lined with rainbow neon tubes and nearly fifty mirror balls, with sequin backdrops either side. The rest of the floor was washed in colour, with a light-up LED dance floor, glowing cocktail tables and a DJ to keep it going.

- Entrance installation: a blue carpet aisle lined with 20 neon tubes and a mirror-ball installation of nearly fifty disco balls, framed by sequin drape backdrops
- Lighting: 28 battery-powered uplights turning the whole floor into a colour-washed party space
- Dance floor and music: a 4m × 4m LED dance floor and a professional DJ
- Furniture: glow cocktail tables throughout the space
- Interactive: a photo booth with prints and props
- Branding and finishing touches: bollards and rope, styling and signage
All 90 guests, from staff to clients and their clients, said it was an amazing night. The office was unrecognisable, the Stan brand was everywhere, and the business came away with happier prospective clients and new sales.
